I hold my Masters of Arts Degree in Clinical Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Eastern University with a Bachelor of Science in psychology. My credentials include Licensed Professional Counselor, & CAADC. Some of my specialty therapies include EMDR, & Motivational Interviewing. I am a certified Life Coach from the Institute for Life Coach Training, which is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited program. I have 8+ years of experience working with individuals living with a disability & substance use disorder/mental health, helping increase independence & improve quality of life. I wanted to continue my passion of building insight in others to live a fulfilling life in a different role and setting.
