Pennsylvania Behavioral Health Center is a facility licensed by the Department of Human Services to provide partial hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, & Outpatient services for individuals suffering from a range of mental health disorders from depression, anxiety, bipolar, stress, & more. Our team consists of Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Psychiatrists, Medical Doctors, Case Managers, Master Level Clinicians, & more! We provide a comprehensive team approach to treat mental health illnesses with great sucess.
We are a private, multi-service behavioral health facility in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania which offers a variety of mental health treatment modalities from our mental health professionals. We strive to help individuals aged 18 & up to improve their quality of life, and reduce stress by providing education, support, and therapeutic services to those who struggle with mental illness and behavioral health.
PHP services are the natural step down from an inpatient/residential facility. Hours are 9AM to 3PM Monday thru Friday.
IOP services begin after PHP is complete. Group therapy sessions are offered in the day & evening usually consists of 3 hour time slots.
All clients will be under the care of our Psychiatrist while in our mental health treatment center who's main function is to evaluate, diagnose, and manage medication.
We treat a wide variety of mental health disorders. This will vary from individual to individual, but could include major depressive disorder, generalizaed anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or others.
Yes we are a dual diagnosis facility, an can effectively treat addiction to alcohol or drugs concurrently with mental health issues.
The first step of the process is a pre-admission screening. We do this over the phone to determine if we can treat incoming clients seeking our services. Once complete it is reviewed by our Clinical Director to determine appropriateness. The admissions line is 610-563-2752 feel free to call for a free screening.
Yes we do accept most major health insurance carriers such as Blue Cross Blue Sheild, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Amerihealth, Optum, Empire, Horizon of NJ, & more. We always check the insurance prior to admission to determine if it will be covered. There may be a co pay needed, but we are a non hardship facility, and willing to work out payment plans.
The average length of stay will vary individually, but the treatment can typically last 90-120 days or more depending on each person’s needs.
Yes we do! Every client gets a full psychiatric evaluation to see where they are that along with follow ups and medication management.
