How We Help Paoli Residents
Evening IOP groups run 6 to 9 PM for Paoli residents who are working, with Virtual IOP keeping the same structure by secure video on nights you can't be there in person.
PHP runs weekdays 9 AM to 3 PM and is the step to consider when symptoms make a normal workday unsafe or unmanageable.

Family members and partners can call our admissions team for guidance on how to talk about treatment and what the next step could look like. We respect confidentiality: we only share information about someone in our care with that person's written consent.

When You Need More Support Than Outpatient Care
Pennsylvania Behavioral Health provides outpatient levels of care: Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and outpatient services. We do not provide inpatient or residential treatment on site.
If you or a family member is struggling significantly and needs more support, we help connect you to appropriate inpatient, residential or psychiatric hospital care. We carefully vet inpatient and residential programs before we refer to them. Placement, availability and coverage depend on the program and your situation.
For non-emergency help figuring out the right level of care, call our admissions line 24/7 at (610) 563-2752. Learn more about higher level of care referrals.
In an emergency, don't wait. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. For a suicide or mental health crisis, call or text 988 right away.
Serving Paoli, Willistown, and Tredyffrin
Paoli sits where Willistown and Tredyffrin meet along Lancaster Avenue, and many residents commute by SEPTA Regional Rail from Paoli station. That makes evening timing and a predictable drive home the first questions people ask us.
Paoli Hospital, part of Main Line Health at 255 West Lancaster Avenue, is the local hospital many families know. It is an independent organization; we are not affiliated with it, and our clinic is not an emergency provider. For an emergency call 911, and for crisis support call or text 988.
Getting Here from Paoli
From central Paoli, take Lancaster Avenue (US 30) west to PA 29 North, then Charlestown Road and Coldstream Road to Kimberton Road. A mapped OpenStreetMap route from the center of Paoli is about 9.7 road miles.
Main Line Health notes Paoli station is about a mile east of Paoli Hospital on Lancaster Avenue. We have not confirmed any public transit link from the station to our office, so the clinic is best reached by car or ride.
If you get off the train at Paoli after work, evening IOP groups from 6 to 9 PM are often workable with a car parked at home or the station. On late-train days, Virtual IOP keeps the same structure by secure video.
Program attendance: PHP runs Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM; evening IOP groups run 6–9 PM. Clinic treatment hours: 9am–9pm daily. Admissions: calls answered 24/7 at (610) 563-2752.
