Serving West Chester, West Goshen, and WCU
West Chester draws two very different groups to us: county and borough professionals who work downtown, and West Chester University students and recent graduates who need structured care that lines up with a semester.
We treat adults 18 and older, so WCU students are eligible. With permission, we can coordinate with the university counseling center or an outside prescriber so care stays in one plan.
Getting Here from West Chester
Take US-202 North to the Route 100 North exit toward Exton, then pick up Route 113 North through Lionville to Kimberton Road. Plan on roughly 30 to 35 minutes; it runs longer at the 202 merge during rush hour.
That drive is fine a few times a week. If a daily round trip is not realistic, Virtual IOP gives you the same clinical team from home.

Choosing Between In-Person and Virtual IOP from West Chester
For many West Chester clients, Virtual IOP is the simplest option. It is the same group-based program and the same clinicians, delivered by secure video anywhere in Pennsylvania, with no drive on Route 202.
If you would rather be in a room with the group, our in-person evening IOP runs 6 to 9 PM. Partial Hospitalization is full days in Phoenixville and is the right call when symptoms need daily attention.
Insurance for West Chester Residents
We are in-network with Highmark, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Geisinger, Amerihealth, Ambetter, and Allied Trades. Our admissions team verifies your benefits for free, usually the same day, and tells you exactly what PHP or IOP will cost before you commit.
