What Is Virtual IOP?
Virtual Intensive Outpatient (IOP) delivers the same structured, evidence-based treatment as our in-person program, group therapy, individual sessions, and psychiatric medication management, through secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. The difference is access: instead of needing to be near our Phoenixville location, virtual IOP is available to residents anywhere in Pennsylvania, from Philadelphia and Pittsburgh to smaller towns without easy access to specialized mental health care.
This format is especially valuable if you're managing a demanding work schedule, live in a rural or underserved area, have limited transportation, or simply feel more comfortable engaging in treatment from a private space of your own choosing.

Cost & Insurance
Virtual IOP is typically covered by insurance the same way as in-person treatment. Most major carriers offer coverage, though copays and specifics vary by plan. A free, confidential verification call with our admissions team is the most reliable way to understand your exact coverage before you begin. See below to verify your insurance in minutes.
Is Virtual IOP Right for You?
- You live outside the Phoenixville area but want access to the same level of care
- You're working, in school, or caring for family and need treatment that fits into your existing routine

If you'd prefer or need in-person care instead, our Phoenixville location offers the same PHP and IOP programs on-site.
